We have achieved precision cutting and improved productivity by automatically cutting the fabric by CAM equipment
and CAD data so that planned products show color, design and functions to advantage. About 6,000 well-trained sewing 
workers of our company produce more than 100 million pieces of underwear annually. For the sewing process, 200-odd 
subcontractors are also involved in precision sewing work in addition to our employees.

Fabric that has been processed is laid on the cutting board overlapped in a preset number of sheets, and is automatically 
cut by CAM equipment and CAD data so that planned products show color, design and functions to advantage. 
This provides increased productivity and precision cutting. Fabric that has been cut runs through different types of 
sewing machines, and the products are commercialized after inspection, ironing and packaging. For smooth supply of 
products, BYC operate more than 100 plants scattered around the country whose make about 8.5 million pieces of 
underwear of more than 3,000 different products every month, which sums up more than 100 million pieces annually. 
Particularly, for the sewing process, 200-odd subcontractors demonstrate their refined sewing technique in close 
coordination with our company in addition to our own well-trained employees.
