Our mothers who used to wear dansokgot and sokgot(both traditional women’s underwear of Korea) under their Korean 
skirts and trousers, and have developed unique and diversified clothing culture in the climate of four distinguished 
seasons. Leading the underwear industry of Korea, BYC has endeavored to develop clothing and materials that are 
suitable for the climate and environment of our country, At the same time, another important subject has been how to 
graft the traditional sense of clothing life to modernity.
Now BYC is focusing on the development of products that bring vitality, hygiene and pleasantness to life by researching 
functional products and new materials with environment friendly, deodorizing and thermal insulating capability
harmonizing with nature.

From hidden underwear to functional underwear
At the beginning of the modern industrial age, design was merely something like decoration, but presently it has 
become a critical factor that determines its own value of existence and the mode of life. In response, BYC has made 
fashion underwear of unique design and color to meet the needs of the fashionable customers. 
We are now moving toward functional products with various functions newly added, underwear for which health of the 
wearer has been considered, and products aimed at the modern generation whose needs have been upgraded along 
with the turn into the 21st century.
Selecting high-tech cutting technique based CAD and CAM systems and spandex materials that require tidy sewing, 
we are creating functional underwear in the place of hidden underwear of the past.
